To inquire about renting the hall on a Mon, Tues, or Wed, or Thurs, please email us directly at recitalhall@hammerandstrings.com.
Please include the time you would like us to consider, as well as other pertinent information including type of recital and estimated number of guests.
If you are renting on a Friday or Saturday, simply find an open time on the calendar below and fill out the Rental Form for that time!
While we try to keep this calendar as up to date as possible, there are occasionally conflicts that do not yet appear on the calendar. Thank you for your understanding.
Please leave a minimum of 15 mins between events for the staff to reset the space! No time is reserved until both the Rental Form and payment have been received.
Recital times are reserved in 30 min increments only (ie: 4:45-7:15), with a minimum of 90 mins.
If you go beyond (before or after) your rental time, you will be billed accordingly.

Great Rates
Our pricing for Music Teachers is hard to beat! $135 for the first 1.5 hours (minimum rental), and then $35 per half hour after that! Special, discounted rates apply for ASU and other area college students. Click HERE or the button below to fill out our Recital Rental Form.

This 9’1” Bösendorfer Concert Grand is ready for use, and sounds like a DREAM. The Liszt Recital Hall is wonderfully resonant, perfect for solo and chamber instruments (even unaccompanied instruments sound vibrant and live), and has just been completely renovated!

Only 1 mile off I-60, it is easy to get to, and is just north of Gilbert’s amazing downtown.
