Come experience one of the most beloved styles of vocal music! Art songs have long since been the perfect combination of music and literature and in this class we explore some of the most beloved art songs of all time. By focusing on your developing 6-9th grade voice, Ms. Jamie teaches you in this art song class both in a small group and one on one! The student will be assigned a personal solo and also learn several group songs that will be performed in a recital at the end of the semester. You will learn challenging harmonies and explore the beautiful style of art song!
